Redeem a voucher
- Add products to the cart and proceed to checkout.
- Enter the gift-card code in the gift-card field.
- Apply the voucher and check the updated amount due.
- If the voucher does not cover the whole order, pay the remaining amount using an available payment method.
When the voucher covers more than the order total, the unused balance remains available for later purchases.
Voucher checks
Checkout checks the voucher's status, remaining balance and expiry. The current expiry calculation is 36 months from activation.
Unpublishing gift-card products stops new sales without cancelling vouchers already issued. A cancelled, expired or depleted voucher cannot be used.
Check a balance
Contact the store with the voucher code. A merchant can look it up under Gift Cards > Issued Gift Cards and inspect the remaining balance and transaction history.
If the system's validity information differs from the terms supplied with the voucher, contact the store or BeNimble support to resolve it.
