Overview
If a customer has not received their gift card voucher email, or has lost it, you can resend the voucher from the Be Nimble portal.
How to Resend a Gift Card Voucher
- Go to Gift Cards > Issued Gift Cards in the left menu
- Search for the customer using their email address, gift card code, order number, or name
- Find the gift card in the results
- Use the resend option to send the voucher email again
What the Customer Receives
The customer will receive an email containing:
- Their unique gift card code
- The voucher value
- The expiry date (36 months from purchase)
- Instructions on how to use the gift card at checkout
If the customer's email address has changed, you may need to process a refund or manually arrange an alternative delivery method, as the system sends to the email address on the original order.
