If a customer has not received their gift card voucher email, or has lost it, you can resend the voucher from the Be Nimble portal.

How to Resend a Gift Card Voucher

  1. Go to Gift Cards > Issued Gift Cards in the left menu
  2. Search for the customer using their email address, gift card code, order number, or name
  3. Find the gift card in the results
  4. Use the resend option to send the voucher email again

What the Customer Receives

The customer will receive an email containing:

  • Their unique gift card code
  • The voucher value
  • The expiry date (36 months from purchase)
  • Instructions on how to use the gift card at checkout

If the customer's email address has changed, you may need to process a refund or manually arrange an alternative delivery method, as the system sends to the email address on the original order.
