Find an issued voucher
- Go to Gift Cards > Issued Gift Cards.
- Select a search type: email address, gift-card code, order number or customer name.
- Enter the search term and search.
- Open the matching voucher.
You can inspect its value, remaining balance, status, activation information and transactions. The detail screen also offers resend or cancellation actions when available.
Resend a voucher
Use RESEND GIFT CARD EMAIL TO CLIENT. To include another address, fill in ALTERNATIVE EMAIL TO CC before resending.
Gift-card overview
Gift Cards > Overview shows sold and cancelled counts for the last 60 days, the sold-value total calculated from that period, and the unused value of active, unexpired vouchers.
The sold-money tile may still be labelled 30 days; its current calculation uses the same 60-day period as the counts.
Validity
The current system calculates voucher expiry as 36 months from activation. Use the voucher's activation details when checking its system expiry. Contact support if a customer-facing expiry statement differs or a validity question needs resolving.
Unpublishing gift-card products stops new purchases; it does not by itself cancel issued vouchers.
