Overview

The Gift Cards Overview dashboard provides a summary of your store's gift card activity, including the total unused value across all active gift cards.

Checking a Specific Gift Card Balance

To check the balance of a specific gift card:

  1. Go to Gift Cards > Issued Gift Cards in the left menu
  2. Search by the gift card code, customer email, order number, or customer name
  3. View the gift card details including remaining balance

Overview Dashboard Metrics

Navigate to Gift Cards > Overview to see:

  • GC Sold (60 days) – Total number of gift cards sold in the last 60 days
  • GC Cancelled (60 days) – Total number of gift cards cancelled in the last 60 days
  • Money Values (30 days) – Total value of gift cards sold in the last 30 days
  • Money Values Active – Total unused value across all active gift cards

Quick Actions

From the overview page you can quickly:

  • ADD NEW GIFT CARD – Create a new gift card product
  • VIEW ACTIVE GIFT CARDS – See all published gift card products
  • VIEW ISSUED GIFT CARDS – Search for specific issued vouchers

Keeping track of outstanding gift card liability (unused value) is important for your financial planning.
