Check a voucher

  1. Go to Gift Cards > Issued Gift Cards.
  2. Search by voucher code, customer email, order number or customer name.
  3. Open the voucher.
  4. Check the current balance, status, activation information and transaction history.

The current system calculates expiry as 36 months from activation. A positive balance does not by itself mean a cancelled or expired voucher is usable.

Overview totals

Go to Gift Cards > Overview to see:

  • GC Sold: the voucher count from the last 60 days.
  • GC Cancelled: cancelled vouchers in that 60-day set.
  • Sold money value: calculated from the same 60-day set.
  • Active money value: unused balance across active, unexpired vouchers.

The sold-value tile may still say 30 days; the current calculation uses 60 days.

Use the overview's actions to add a gift-card product, view active products or search issued vouchers.
