Before you start
Go to Gift Cards > Sell Gift Cards and complete ENABLE GIFT CARDS if it is shown.
Add a gift-card product
- Click ADD GIFT CARD.
- Enter its name and description.
- Set a value from R1 to R1000.
- Add the product image and complete the available product settings.
- Choose its publication and featured options as required.
- Save.
Values above R1000 are rejected. You can create several gift-card products with different values.
Manage your products
The Sell Gift Cards list shows name, value, publication status and featured status. Click EDIT to change a product.
Only published gift-card products are offered for purchase while gift-card selling is enabled. Buying a gift-card product and activating its issued voucher are separate steps; use GENERATE GIFT CARDS AND EMAIL on the eligible paid order to activate and email the voucher.
