Gift-card selling must be enabled separately from publishing individual gift-card products.
Enable gift-card selling
- Go to Gift Cards > Sell Gift Cards.
- If selling is not enabled, click ENABLE GIFT CARDS.
- Review the terms shown and complete the enable confirmation.
- Add or edit your gift-card products and publish the ones you want to sell.
Publishing a product alone does not complete the enable step.
Stop selling current gift-card products
Click DISABLE ALL GIFT CARDS on the Sell Gift Cards page. This action unpublishes the existing gift-card products.
It does not cancel issued vouchers. It also does not reset the overall gift-card extension setting, so review any products you later publish.
Manage individual products
Click EDIT next to a gift-card product to change its details or publication status.
Issued vouchers are managed under Gift Cards > Issued Gift Cards. Their system validity is calculated from activation, independently of whether the original gift-card product is still published.
