Uploadify adds personalisation inputs to products. You can enable customer-entered text, image upload, or both.

Enable Uploadify

  1. Go to Extensions.
  2. Find Uploadify under Advanced Extensions.
  3. Click MANAGE EXTENSION and activate it if your plan permits it.
  4. Open a product from Products > Overview.
  5. Open its Uploadify settings and click ACTIVATE UPLOADIFY FOR THIS PRODUCT.
  6. Configure the text/image fields, instructions and required-input options.
  7. Save the product settings.

Images and file limits

For Divisima, use PNG or JPEG images. The storefront checks a maximum upload size of 5MB.

The extension overview may list PDF and package-specific limits, but Divisima's image-upload workflow does not support PDF documents. Do not ask shoppers to upload a PDF through this field.

View customer input

Open the order in Orders > Open Orders. Personalisation appears with the relevant item as CUSTOMER TEXT or CUSTOMER IMAGE.

Test a personalised product on your storefront before offering it to customers so you can check the instructions and supported inputs.
