Seekr Smart Search provides an instant product-search interface on supported storefronts.
Enable the extension
- Go to Extensions.
- Find Seekr Smart Search under Advanced Extensions.
- Click MANAGE EXTENSION.
- Enable the extension if your subscription and extension allowance permit it.
Search behaviour
The Divisima search interface retrieves indexed product results and prefix suggestions as the shopper types. Results depend on the search terms and indexed catalogue data.
Do not rely on automatic spelling correction. A misspelt word may return no results; try the correct spelling or a shorter part of the product name.
Catalogue changes may take time to appear in the search index.
Check your search
After enabling the extension, search for a known published product on your storefront. Try its full name and a shorter prefix. If results are missing, check the product's publication status and allow time for the index to update before contacting support.
