Overview
NimbleVerified Reviews automatically collects verified customer feedback after every dispatched order. Review requests are sent out automatically and you control which reviews get published on your store.
How It Works
- An order is dispatched to a customer
- After a configurable delay (1–14 days), a review request email is sent automatically
- The customer submits their review
- You approve or reject the review before it appears on your store
Configuration Options
From the extension management page you can configure:
- Enable/Disable the extension
- Require Approval – Choose whether reviews need your approval before publishing
- Delay Days – Set how many days after dispatch the review request is sent (1–14 days)
Managing Reviews
Click MANAGE NIMBLEVERIFIED REVIEWS to view and moderate all submitted reviews. You can approve reviews to publish them on your store or decline reviews that are not appropriate.
