The Chatterbox extension adds live chat functionality to your store. This allows you to answer customer questions in real time and turn curious visitors into buyers.
Supported Chat Platforms
Chatterbox integrates with the following live chat platforms:
- WhatsApp – Chat with customers via WhatsApp
- TAWK.to – A free live chat platform for your website
- Facebook – Chat via Facebook Messenger
Setting Up Chatterbox
- Go to Extensions in the left menu
- Find Chatterbox and click MANAGE EXTENSION
- Activate the extension to access setup options
- Choose your preferred chat platform
- Enter your platform credentials or chat widget ID
- Save and activate
