Overview

The Bounce Popups extension shows a targeted popup when visitors land on your store. Use it to share a discount, a message, or a sign-up offer before visitors click away.

You can create popups in several formats:

  • Text Only – Just Information – Share a message or announcement
  • Text Only – Promotion – Highlight a promotional offer
  • Text Only – Share Discount Code – Show a discount code to visitors
  • Text Only – Email Subscribe – Invite visitors to subscribe to your newsletter
  • Text on Image – Email Subscribe – A visually rich popup with a background image

Managing Popups

Navigate to Extensions > Bounce Popups to see all your popups. The list shows:

  • Title – The popup name
  • Active – Whether this popup is currently live
  • Date Created – When the popup was created
  • Details – The popup type

Only one popup can be active at a time. To add a new active popup, you must first discontinue any currently active bounce message by editing it.

Creating a New Popup

Click the MANAGE EXTENSION button to create a new popup and configure its content, timing, and display settings.
