Overview

The Discounts Overview page lets you view, manage, and track all discount codes created for your store.

Viewing Discount Codes

Navigate to Discounts > Overview to see the full list of discount codes. The table displays:

  • Code – The discount code customers enter at checkout
  • Date Created – When the discount was created
  • Status – Whether the discount is Active or Inactive
  • Type – Fixed value/percentage or free shipping
  • Value – The discount amount or percentage
  • Applied To – Whether it applies to order value or specific products
  • FTB – Whether it is restricted to first-time buyers
  • Usage Limit – How many times the code can be used
  • End Date – When the code expires
  • Coupon Used – How many times the code has been used
  • Basket Converted – How many baskets converted to orders using this code

Managing a Discount

Click MANAGE next to any discount code to edit or deactivate it.

Exporting Discount Data

Export your discount list to CSV or Excel using the buttons at the top of the table.

Track conversion rates to see which discount codes are most effective at driving sales.
