A free-shipping discount code removes the applicable shipping charge when the code is accepted at checkout.

Create the code

  1. Go to Discounts > Add Discount.
  2. Select FREE SHIPPING.
  3. Enter a unique code with no spaces, up to 20 characters.
  4. Continue to the discount settings.
  5. Set the available usage, expiry and purchase conditions.
  6. Click SAVE DISCOUNT.

Customer restrictions

LIMITED TO ONCE FOR AN EMAIL ADDRESS, where offered, limits repeat use by the same email. It does not mean the shopper must be a first-time buyer.

To have a discount applied automatically to first-time buyers, assign an existing code from Discounts > Overview > FIRST TIME BUYER DISCOUNT.

Manage the code

Go to Discounts > Overview and click MANAGE beside the code to view its use and available management actions.
