Use a discount code to reduce the order value or specified product/variant prices by a fixed amount or percentage.

Create a code

  1. Go to Discounts > Add Discount.
  2. Select FIXED VALUE OR PERCENTAGE.
  3. Enter a unique code with no spaces, up to 20 characters.
  4. Continue to the configuration.
  5. Choose MONETARY VALUE or PERCENTAGE VALUE and enter its value.
  6. Choose TOTAL ORDER VALUE or PER SPECIFIED PRODUCT/VARIANT.
  7. Set the available minimum-purchase, usage and expiry conditions.
  8. Click SAVE DISCOUNT.

Restrictions

A once-per-email restriction, where offered, limits repeat use by the same address. It does not restrict the code to shoppers who have never ordered.

To apply a code automatically to first-time buyers, assign the existing code from Discounts > Overview > FIRST TIME BUYER DISCOUNT.

Manage a code

Go to Discounts > Overview and click MANAGE. Review the code's status, conditions and usage before sharing it.
