Overview

The Manage Customers page lets you view and manage all shoppers who have registered an account on your store. This feature requires the Customers Extension to be active.

Customer List

Navigate to Customers > Manage to see all registered customers. The list shows:

  • Name – The customer's full name
  • Email Address – The customer's registered email
  • Confirmed – Whether the customer has verified their email address

Managing a Customer

Click the MANAGE button next to any customer to:

  1. View their full profile and contact details
  2. See their order history
  3. Check their saved addresses
  4. Activate or deactivate their account
  5. Resend a confirmation email if needed

Searching Customers

Use the Search box to find a specific customer by name or email address. You can also adjust how many entries are shown per page using the Show dropdown.

Exporting Customer Data

Export your customer list to CSV or Excel using the buttons at the top of the table.

The Customers Extension must be active for shoppers to register accounts on your store. Visit Extensions to enable it.
