Overview
The Courier Shipments page (My Shipments) gives you a centralised view of all active shipments booked through your integrated courier partners. Use this page to track and manage packages that are currently in transit.
Active Courier Shipments
The main table shows all active courier shipments with the following columns:
- Courier – The courier partner used for this shipment
- Store – Your store reference
- Order # – The linked order number
- Date Created – When the shipment was booked
- Waybill – The courier waybill/tracking number
- Service – The courier service level selected
- Shipper Ref – Your internal reference
- Status – Current shipment status
- Watch – Flag a shipment to monitor it closely
- Days – Number of days since dispatch
Exporting Shipments
You can export your shipment list using the CSV or Excel buttons at the top of the table.
Collection Today
The COLLECTION TODAY section at the bottom of the page shows shipments that are scheduled for courier collection on the current day.
Keep your warehouse address up to date under Store Settings > Warehouse to ensure couriers can find you for collections.
Tips
- Use the Search field to quickly find a specific order or waybill number
- Adjust the number of entries shown per page using the Show dropdown
- Click on column headers to sort the list
