Go to Shipping > Courier Shipments to view shipments recorded through your courier integrations.
Shipment list
The table includes the courier, store, order number, creation date, waybill, service, shipper reference, status, watch information and days in transit.
Use Search to find an order or waybill. Click column headings to sort, change the number of entries per page, or use the CSV and Excel export controls.
Collection Today
COLLECTION TODAY shows collection information supplied by the supported integrations. It is not a complete schedule across every courier. A shipment missing from this section may still have a collection arranged.
Check the booking or your courier account when confirming collection arrangements. Keep your collection address current under Store Settings > Warehouse.
