Go to Shipping > Courier Settings to see the courier integrations available for your store.
Available integrations
The portal includes management screens for eParcel, PUDO, The Courier Guy and BobGo. Other integrations may be shown only for eligible accounts.
- eParcel: courier quotes, bookings, tracking and account-balance information.
- PUDO: locker-delivery settings, quoting and shipment-import workflows.
- The Courier Guy: account settings, quotes and bookings.
- BobGo: account setup, booking and its checkout-rate configuration.
Features and checkout availability depend on the enabled integration and your account settings.
Configure a courier
- Find the courier card.
- Click MANAGE.
- Enter or check the required account details.
- Configure the options offered, including checkout availability where supported.
- Save and check the status shown.
Charges and booking
Review the dispatch fee displayed by the portal and the actual quote before confirming a shipment. Your courier's charges, wallet requirements and account terms also apply.
Check the warehouse address under Store Settings > Warehouse. A saved integration alone does not guarantee that a quote or booking will succeed; check the result of each request.
