Overview
The Click & Collect page shows all orders that customers have chosen to collect in person from your warehouse or store location. This is an alternative to courier delivery where customers select a collection point at checkout.
Viewing Click & Collect Orders
Navigate to Shipping > Click & Collect in the left menu to see all pending collection orders.
The orders list displays:
- Order # – The unique order identifier
- C&C Created – The date the Click & Collect order was placed
- Customer – The customer's name and email address
Managing an Order
Click the VIEW button next to any order to open the full order details. From the order detail page you can:
- Review the items ordered
- Contact the customer
- Mark the order as collected and dispatch it
Tips
Make sure your warehouse address is correctly set up under Store Settings > Warehouse so customers know where to collect their order from.
- Only orders where the customer selected Click & Collect at checkout will appear here
- Orders remain listed until they are marked as dispatched or collected
- You can search and filter the list using the Search box at the top of the table
