Overview

The Store Performance Digest is a written summary of how your store is doing, built automatically from the sales, product and visitor figures already on your dashboard.

There is nothing to fill in. One click, and you get a readable summary of your last 30 days that you can save, print or share with your team.

A digest costs 3 Nimbles.

Generating a Digest

  1. Go to Dashboard in the left menu
  2. Wait for the dashboard to finish loading
  3. Click Generate AI Digest in the top right of the page
  4. Confirm
  5. Read the digest
  6. Click the download option to save it as an HTML report

The same button is available on your analytics dashboard, and works exactly the same way.

Let the dashboard finish loading before you click. The digest is written from the figures on screen, so clicking too early gives the AI nothing to work with.

What the Digest Covers

The summary is built from the data already shown on your dashboard for the last 30 days:

  • Net sales, and how they compare to the previous period
  • Gross sales
  • Number of orders, and how that compares to the previous period
  • Average order value
  • Conversion rate
  • Your top-selling product, with units sold and revenue
  • Your most-used payment method
  • Refunds and cancellations
  • Unique visitors and page views

Using Your Digest

The digest is a report, not store content. Nothing is written back into your products, pages or blog.

Download it as an HTML file and open it in any browser. It is a useful thing to keep monthly, share with a business partner or accountant, or read alongside your own numbers at the end of a trading period.

Generating a digest at the same time each month gives you a readable record of how the store is trending, without having to interpret the dashboard charts yourself.

Things to Know

"Store status description is required"

If you see this message, your dashboard had no figures to summarise when you clicked.

This happens when:

  • Your store is new and has no orders yet
  • There were no sales in the last 30 days
  • The dashboard had not finished loading

No Nimbles are charged when this happens. Wait for the dashboard to load fully and try again. If your store genuinely has no activity in the period, there is nothing for the digest to summarise yet.

The digest reflects the dashboard, not your accounts

The summary is written from the figures on your dashboard at the moment you clicked. It is not an accounting document and should not be used in place of your financial records.

Each digest costs 3 Nimbles

Generating a second digest on the same day costs another 3 Nimbles and will summarise the same 30-day period. If you want a fresh view, leave it until the underlying figures have changed.

Your digests are kept in Replay

Every digest is stored in AI Assistant > Replay, free to view and download again at any time. There is no need to regenerate one you have already paid for.

Review before sharing

AI can misread or overstate a trend. Read the digest against your own dashboard figures before you share it with anyone.
