Overview
The Social Marketing tool writes a full week of social media content for you — five posts, Monday through Friday, that build from an introduction on Monday to a final call to action on Friday.
Every post arrives complete with a caption, hashtags and a call to action, laid out in day cards styled to look like the platform you chose.
A campaign costs 3 Nimbles. Adding an AI image to a post costs 3 Nimbles per image.
Go to AI Assistant > Social Marketing in the left menu, or click MANAGE CAMPAIGNS on the Social Marketing card.
Building a Campaign
A five-step wizard walks you through it.
Step 1: Focus
Choose the direction for the week. This decides what kind of posts are written.
- Store Awareness — posts about your store and what it offers
- Product Awareness — posts that showcase and promote your products
- Special Offer — posts promoting a discount, deal or free delivery
Step 2: Platform
Choose Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn or X.
Posts are written in the right style and format for the platform you pick, and any images you generate are sized correctly for it.
Step 3: Style
Pick one of ten brand voices:
- Energetic & Confident
- Friendly & Approachable
- Professional & Trustworthy
- Luxurious & Premium
- Fun & Playful
- Bold & Edgy
- Warm & Personal
- Clean & Minimal
- Urgent & Direct
- Inspiring & Motivational
Then choose your language: English, Afrikaans, isiXhosa or isiZulu.
Step 4: Include
Tell the AI what the week should be built around.
For a product campaign, search for and select the specific products you want featured. For a special offer, enter the offer details.
Step 5: Preview
Your five posts appear as day cards. Read through them, then save the campaign or add images.
Generating a campaign can take up to three minutes. This is the biggest AI job in the portal — leave the page open while it works.
Adding Images to Your Posts
Each post can have its own AI-generated image, correctly sized for the platform.
- Open a campaign and go to the post you want an image for
- Click the generate image option on that post
- Wait for the image to appear
Each image costs 3 Nimbles.
If you do not like the result, click Regenerate on the image to create a new one. Regenerating costs another 3 Nimbles.
Product campaigns use your real photos
For product campaigns, the AI works from your actual product photos rather than generating a product from scratch, so the images look like the items you really sell.
Downloading images
Generated images can be downloaded and posted to your own channels.
Image regenerations are the most common reason a campaign costs more than expected. Each click of Regenerate is another 3 Nimbles. Check your balance in My Billing > Nimbles AI if you plan to regenerate several images.
Saved Campaigns
Campaigns are saved so you can come back to them later.
The saved list is paginated with numbered pages, and there is a search box so you can find a campaign by name once you have built up a library.
Posting Your Content
BeNimble writes the posts — it does not publish them to your social accounts. Copy the caption, hashtags and call to action from each day card, download the image if you generated one, and post them to your own channels.
A Note on AI Content
AI can make mistakes and may produce inaccurate, misleading or outdated results. Always read, review and edit every post before publishing.
Whether you use any of the content is entirely your choice, and you remain responsible for what you post to your own channels. This notice appears permanently at the bottom of the Social Marketing page.
Things to Know
Campaigns do not appear in Replay
Unlike other AI tools, social campaigns are not listed in AI Assistant > Replay. They have their own saved list on the Social Marketing page, which is where you go to find them again.
Deleted products drop out
If you build a campaign around a product and later delete that product, regenerating the campaign will not include it. The originally generated posts are unaffected.
Nothing publishes automatically
No post is ever sent to a social platform by BeNimble. Everything stays in the portal until you copy it out yourself.
