Overview
Nimbles are the credits that power every AI feature in your BeNimble store. Each time you use AI to write a product description, draft a blog post, generate a store page or build a social media campaign, you spend Nimbles.
Every AI button in the portal shows what it costs before you click it, so there are never any surprises.
Nimbles cost R1.00 each.
Your Nimbles Wallet
Go to My Billing > Nimbles AI in the left menu to see your wallet.
Available Nimbles
What you have ready to spend right now. This is the figure to watch — if it drops below the cost of a feature, that feature will tell you there aren't enough Nimbles.
Used (30 Days)
How many Nimbles you have spent in the last 30 days. This is a rolling figure, so it changes as older activity moves out of the 30-day window.
Recent Transactions
Your last 20 Nimbles movements. Each row shows the date, the type of movement, the amount, a description, and which feature used the credits.
You will see four types of movement:
- Usage — Nimbles you spent on an AI generation
- Adjustment — Nimbles added to your wallet, usually a purchase
- Subscription top-up — Nimbles included with your subscription payment
- Refund — Nimbles returned automatically because a generation failed
If an AI generation fails, your Nimbles are refunded automatically. You will see the refund appear in your transaction list, usually within a few seconds.
Buying Nimbles
- Go to My Billing > Nimbles AI in the left menu
- Click ADD MORE NIMBLES
- Choose the pack you want
- Click BUY and complete the payment
Four packs are available:

Payment goes through the same secure Paystack checkout you already use for your subscription and card updates. Your wallet is credited automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Starting out? Buy 10 Nimbles for R10.00. That is enough to write ten product descriptions, or three blog posts, and see whether the AI tools suit the way you work.

Regenerating always costs the same as generating. If you click Regenerate on a result you did not like, you are paying for a fresh generation.
Important Terms
The BeNimble Terms and Conditions include a dedicated Nimbles AI Credits section. In short:
Nimbles Are Non-Refundable
All Nimbles purchases are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or reversals, including for accidental purchases or unused credits.
No Expiry While You Are Active
Nimbles do not expire while your subscription is active. If your subscription is cancelled or your account is closed, any remaining balance is forfeited.
Cost Varies by Feature
The Nimbles charged depend on the feature and the complexity of the request. The current cost is always shown in the portal at the time of use.
Review Before You Publish
AI output is a starting point and must be reviewed by you. Nimbles spent on a generation are not refunded if you decide not to use the result.
If Something Goes Wrong
You paid but your balance did not change
Payment and crediting are two separate steps. In the rare case where the payment succeeds but the credit does not apply, our team is alerted automatically and your wallet is credited manually. If your balance has not updated within a few minutes of a successful payment, contact us at [email protected] with the date and amount.
An AI button says you have insufficient Nimbles
Your balance is below the cost of that feature. Top up from My Billing > Nimbles AI.
Every AI button refuses to run
If AI features are refused across the whole portal even though you have Nimbles available, contact us at [email protected]. There is an account-level check that can block AI usage, and we can look into it for you.
The Reserved tile on the wallet page is not currently in use and will always show a dash. Nimbles are charged when a generation starts and refunded if it fails, so nothing is ever held in reserve.
